Plain-English privacy notice for gatedflow.com. Last updated 15 June 2026.

GatedFlow is built around the belief that organisations should be in control of their data. We hold this website to the same standard. This notice explains what gatedflow.com collects, why, and how we handle it. We aim to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Analytics, without the tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. We see aggregate, anonymised measures only:

• Pages viewed and the referring site or link
• Approximate country, browser and device type

We use this to understand which writing and pages are useful, nothing more. The data is processed by our hosting provider, Vercel.

When you contact us

If you email us or request a demo, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use those details only to reply and to follow up about GatedFlow. We do not sell, rent or share them, and we keep them no longer than we need to.

No marketing cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party marketing trackers.

The GatedFlow product is separate

This notice covers the website only. The GatedFlow product is self-hostable and AU-sovereign: design partners run it in their own environment, so their use-case and governance data stays in their control, not ours.

You can browse without sharing anything; the analytics above are anonymous either way. For any privacy question, or to ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, email krish@gatedflow.com. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
